• Payment information processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

• To generate your personalized tax analysis using Anthropic's Claude AI model.
• To process payments.
• To communicate with you about your account.
• To send transactional emails about your subscription and reports.

We share your information only with the service providers necessary to operate Tax IQ:

• Anthropic, our AI provider, to generate your analysis.
• Stripe, our payment processor.
• Supabase, our database and authentication provider.
• Resend or a similar service, for email delivery.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under CCPA, GDPR, or similar laws, including the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to opt out of certain uses.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Tax IQ is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
