1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Tax IQ, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Tax IQ provides AI-generated educational tax planning analysis based on user-provided information. The service is informational only and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use Tax IQ. You must provide accurate information.

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Subscription and billing

Tax IQ offers one-time, monthly, and annual pricing tiers. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Refund policy is described separately.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Tax IQ for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service.
  • Share account access with others.
  • Upload malicious content.

7. Intellectual property

All content, code, and design of Tax IQ is owned by Tax IQ Analytics. Your tax analysis report is yours to use personally. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish reports.

8. Disclaimers

TAX IQ IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of tax analysis to your specific situation. You are responsible for verifying all information with a qualified tax professional before acting.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAX IQ AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tax IQ Analytics and its operators from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Dispute resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas, not in court, on an individual basis. You waive any right to class action proceedings.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
